The kids can create their own workout or follow along but be creative and use different dribbling skills and different skills with their first touch.
This 6 Cone Technical Workout can be done with the help of another person or the use of a wall.
To use the activity for shooting: instead of passing back to a target, have a shot on goal.
Do 20min Passing back and 20min Shooting if you have a goal.
The player will receive the ball inbetween the space as shown in the video. He will then have a first touch and dribble straight at a cone, turn around it or perform a move to get pass the cone and play a pass/shot to target or wall.
It is very important that each player find the drive to push themselves. Go for 1minute then rest for 30 seconds and go again for maximum effort.
