I've put together a more structured training plan. I try to avoid being to rigid or specific with the technical actions as I want each player to develop their own creativity so everyone looks different on the field and brings something unique to the game. I understand everyone would have different space to work with daily. So you can choose one of the technical topics and follow along depending on the space you have on the day. I will also upload videos and share to give example of sessions to some of the topics. The training cycles runs Monday to Friday. On Saturday and Sunday I would like to see each player create their own technical circuit and send a short video. I will review and post the video as the best technical circuit of the week.
