Meet The Coaches
DARREN JOHN
Holding a US Soccer D license coach and Spanish level one courses, Coach Darren has studied the Spanish methodology and applies it at the Villanova Soccer Academy where he works as the technical director. During his coaching career Darren has coached at several clubs in Montgomery County which includes Philadelphia Union pre academy and FC Delco.
In 2009 Darren played in the Trinidad and Tobago pro league as a 16 year old where he completed one year with Northeast Stars before migrating to the U.S

BRIAN BLASY

Brian has coached for 20 years in both Pennsylvania and South Carolina. Amassing 10 high school league championships and 3 district championships. Brian Has coached or personally trained over 80 collegiate athletes over his career.
Brian was a British University and Colleges Sport (BUCS) intercollegiate athlete
Lancaster University Lancashire, United Kingdom and a division 1 NCAA athlete at
Temple University-Brian transferred to Temple University to pursue a kicking career after two left knee reconstructions from soccer injuries. Brian is also the founder/Owner of the private soccer and lacrosse training company founded in 2019- GRIZEDALE SPORTS ACADEMY.
Brian holds a USSF National D Coaching License.
